These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of industrialrentalco.com and the services provided by Industrial Rental Co (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

What we provide

Industrial Rental Co is an RFQ matching and lead-generation service. We connect facility buyers with independent third-party equipment rental providers. We are not a rental company, equipment owner, or licensed contractor, and we do not own, deliver, install, operate, inspect, or maintain any equipment.

For buyers

• We provide a matching and routing service, not rental equipment.
• We are not responsible for the performance, quality, availability, delivery, pricing, or conduct of any rental provider. Your rental agreement is solely between you and the provider.
• We do not guarantee that a provider will be available in every area, and we do not guarantee response or mobilization times. Response times vary by location and provider availability.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any pricing estimate. Pricing is determined by each provider based on equipment, location, and duration.

For providers

• Providers receive pre-qualified rental requests and agree to our lead-quality and response-time standards.
• Providers must maintain valid insurance and any required licensing as a condition of participation, and must handle buyer personal data in line with our privacy standards.
• Providers may not resell leads to third parties. We define what constitutes an invalid lead and the conditions for any refund.
• We may remove a provider from the network for unresolved buyer complaints or breach of these Terms.

Disclaimers

The site and service are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Industrial Rental Co will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the site or service or to any transaction with a rental provider.

Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and you and Industrial Rental Co waive the right to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
