Industrial Rental Co (“Industrial Rental Co,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates industrialrentalco.com as an RFQ (request-for-quote) matching platform. We connect facility buyers with independent third-party equipment rental providers. We are not a rental company, equipment owner, or licensed contractor. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact and business details you provide: name, email, phone number, company name, and job title.
• Rental request details: equipment type and requirements, facility location (such as ZIP code), capacity, timeline, and site notes.
• Anonymous analytics: cookies, device type, browser, and session data collected automatically when you use the site.
• If you contact us by phone, call recordings and transcripts where permitted by law and disclosed at the time of the call.

How we use your information

• To route your rental request to qualified providers in your area.
• To improve the accuracy of our matching.
• To produce aggregated, anonymized market intelligence.
• For internal analytics and to operate and secure the site.
• To contact you about your request, including by phone and SMS where you have consented (see “Your consent and communications” below).

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with:

• Third-party rental providers in your area, so they can respond to your request (with your consent obtained at form submission).
• Service providers who help us operate, such as CRM, analytics, and call-tracking vendors.
• Consent verification services. We use ActiveProspect TrustedForm, a consent-verification service that documents your interactions with our forms (including the consent language shown to you) to independently certify the consent you provide at submission.
• Data enrichment providers used for lead scoring and matching.
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not share your personal information with parties outside this list without additional consent. Your information will not be sold to unrelated third parties.

Your consent and communications

When you submit a request and provide a phone number, you consent to be contacted by Industrial Rental Co and matched rental providers about your request, including by phone and SMS. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. We record the consent text, version, timestamp, IP address, and device information associated with your submission.

Data retention

• Active leads: retained until disposition plus 12 months.
• Converted leads: retained for 24 months.
• Anonymous analytics: retained on an aggregate basis.
• Deletion requests: honored within 30 days, subject to legal requirements.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, to opt out of the sharing or “sale” of your information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar laws, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Do not sell or share my personal information

We do not sell your personal information for money. Because the CCPA defines “sale” and “sharing” broadly, sharing your details with a rental provider in exchange for a matching fee may qualify. To opt out of having your information shared with rental providers, email privacy@industrialrentalco.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.” We will process your request without discrimination.
